The beautiful thing about independent bookstores is how unique each one can be.  Iron Heart Books is located in a 1909 building, and we are keeping all the historic aspects--like the bar--while updating doors and windows and moving in bookshelves and fixtures.  Inside, you will find amazing architectural details like wood carvings, stained glass, and tin ceilings along with photos of the original Koscak's Bar, graciously shared by family of the previous owners.
